Wedding of Jennifer and Bjorn Vogen

Old Trondhjem Church provides an intimate, charming setting within a National Historic Site for weddings, music recitals, family occasions such as reunions, baptisms, and memorial services. Any occasion within this environment is linked to the ancestral immigrant history of Minnesota.

The sanctuary seats 125 people comfortably and folding chairs can be set up to seat an additional 20. Acoustics are superior for any musical performance. It is furnished with an antique pump organ in excellent condition and a beautiful new digital piano with the sound of a full grand piano.

The attached fellowship hall seats up to 60 people and contains a museum of historical community photos. This room can be used for informal gatherings and receptions.

Part of the mission of our organization is to encourage the use of the building. Rentals provide an important source of income to pay for the cost of restoring and maintaining it.
